Ripoff Breach Of Contract Hurts Small Companies

I switched to bank Atlantic a few months ago and what a mistake! I put in back in February a stop payment on a ACH Debit. The computer shows it was eneterd but the money almost 4k was taken out anyway. After a call to Bank Atlantic I was told no problem the money would be returned in 1-3 days. When the money did not come back I called again and was told the bank messed up and added my company name instead of the company trying to take the money. Week after week calling even the VP of customer service. These people never call you back and if they do its some secretary or assistant to tell you they are working on it. After 1 month with many promises the bank has refused to return the money. All I get is compliance and Legal dont feel I provided enough evidence of the loss! Is that the biggest bull. I have tried to sue them in court but you must first file Mediation in Broward County then you can sue them. Now because I have told all the local TV stations about them I recieved a letter staing they are closing all my accounts in 10 days! Stay away from these bozos
