Ripoff scam deliberate fraud unsolicited credit card sent in mail no web site or physical address

I received an unsolicited credit card in the mail on 3/17/06 from CCS First National with a limit of $6500. Not only was this terrifying and maddening, but the real classic part of this is that this so-called company INVITES CRIMINALS WHO SIMPLY SEE THE ENVELOPE, TO STEAL IT AND USE IT ON THE unwilling cardholder's behalf. The dishonest intenions of this company becom obvious - in addition to the card coming at all - in the manner in which they place the card in the envelope, PLACING THE CARD NUMBER FACING OUTWARD AND IN THE WINDOW!!! Clearly, this company appears to prey on those with great credit who would never buy into this scam, and with the way in which they write on the envelope - "cardholder info: this card is ready for immediate activation. Upon activation, your cash pin code will be issued within 24 hours" - and position the credit card # so that anyone can read the card # through the window, they invite criminal behavior!!! What legitimate credit card company does this??!! NONE, of course... It appears that their intention is to invite a theif to steal it before it reaches one's home or while it is in an unsecured mailbox! Let's face it, they know that anyone with half a brain who receives this is going to flip their lid. I would like to know how many of these cards have been stolen in the mail by individuals OTHER THAN the alleged inteded recipient on to whom the card is sent! LASTLY, when you call the so-called company, they REFUSE TO PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS OR WEB ADDRESS without the person calling providing their member #, etc. Since when is it top secret to provide a web address or physical address to someone calling in for "help"? What is being done about this conspicuous sweat shop and how did they get my information to do this!!!???
