I understand there are attornys in Dallas have started a class action suite and processing extradition papers against Micheal Kelly in Cancun. It is my opinion that Mark Meyers be included in any law suite, he is just as guilty.

They have presented this scam as a qualified IRA investment in order to get more suckers.in no way does it qualify and gives the victum huge problems with the IRS which is the fault of the local financial agent selling this scam.
