Don't contact Capital Trust Finacial. They will fax you are call you. They told us that we had bad credit that they needed $1,076 we sent that to him and then he told us he need $1,500 more for the company to pay the loan. Well we never sent the other $1,500 so they said they would have the money back to us. We have yet to see anything from them. All you get when you call 877-507-1383 is Customer Service answering machine, never a live person.
