Check fraud

It has come to my attention that a Miss. Helena Haeussler of Lee, NH has committed a series of check writing fraud. She is a class mate of mine at Hesser College in Portsmouth NH. She was bragging about how she got away with writing thousands of dollars worth of bad checks through her Bank of NH checking account a few years back. As a criminal justice major I felt it my duty to report this, especially since she feels the need to brag about getting away with such a scheme. According to her this was a few years back. I feel this needs to be looked into because she feels no remorse about all the money she stole, by writing so many bad checks. I don't understand how she slipped through but feel it is my obligation to report her to make sure she does the time for the crime.
