Wishire! Horrible Customer Service Applying Charges To Mortgage! Added Flood Insurance Policy to our loan that we told them was not mandatory here

In January we received a bill from Wilshire stating they have placed forced flood Insurance on out property. Well we have been in our home for almost a year now and have never known we have needed it. Also if our property required flood insurance there would have been no way in the world we could have closed on our loan.
So the bill basiclly states in addition to our montly mortgage we wil lpay an additional $200 for the flood insurance. I gave them a call and as always you are rewarded WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They told me to have my insurancfe Co. Send them verification that we have coverage so they can terminate the policy.

@ weeks go by we fax in a letter from Fema to our City stating in your city we do not require nor have we ever required you to have flood insurance. As of 2/9/06 we were just able to (the city) to purchase flood insurance if you wanted to.

So I call back approximately 3 weeks after I faxed teh paper work to see if they have updated again and once again I am greeted with their Obnoxious inconsiderate Customer Service Reps. Rose who I spoke to was very nasty and placed me on hold to check on the account. 20 minutes go by and I'm sitting there wondering where in the blue hell is she. 20 more minutes go by and she is not back. My husband calls on his cell phone and partiallly has the situation figured out and he hangs up. Mind you I am still waiting for this bitch to pick up her damn phone.

I call on the cell phone while still on hold and speak with a manager he tells me that her cal log says the call dropped. I had to put the speaker phone on and let him hear that I am still on the phone 1 HOUR LATER!!!
I wish the company we initialy got the loan from wouldnt have sold our account because I hate this bank they are very rude and do not treat their customers with any respect.

Nonetheles the force placed insurance has yet to be taken off our account. Maybe they are waiting for hell to freeze over besides they dont have to pay it I do...
