Ripoff company didnt pay last check owed to me they held back 2 weeks when first started

I worked for this company for almost four months. When I started at this company they withheld two weeks pay. I stopped working for this company and they haven't paid me for the two weeks owed. I left several vmails on supervisor Natasha Sabuogo's vmail she won't return calls. I quit company without any notice due to unacceptble working environment. The company still owes me two weeks salary at $13 an hour. Not to mention this company is trying to collect on bad debts Ie. Debts past statute of limitations.
