I sold Avon for a while back in 2005. I went to the district manager to turn the items I still had back in for credit which was approx $120.00 worth. For the past 4 months Allied collection agency has harrassed me saying I owe 140 some odd dollars. How is this when I turned all the products I had back in for credit and did not owe anything more? I am really tired of this cuz as the others have also stated they keep saying things about going to court and all. I do not feel that I owe or should pay anything but do not know what to do. If there is anyone (lawyer or someone who knows the law) that can help me please help. I also have a note from the district manager stating what she recieved from me and when. This makes me very angry. It is not that I don't want to pay if I do in fact owe but I honestly don't believe I should pay for something I don't owe. Anyone, plllleeeeaaaasssseeee help me. Thank you
