Deceptive debt negotiations

I was a member of RMP (joined in July). I cancelled my program in October due to the fact that every time I called and left a message, I would NEVER receive a phone call back. I filed a complaint with the Nevada BBB, but to no avail. It seems they have moved to Texas now. I have contacted the Dallas BBB, and a claim is under investigation.

I am sure nothing will come of this, but I would like my money back. I am now still waiting for my money back from my cancellation letter I sent back in October. I have contacted an attorney in Texas, but it is very difficult being that I live in Indiana. I have left numerous messages on RMP's voice mail system, but obviously they don't answer their phones, or return messages.

I am very frustrated at the fact that I can't seem to get anywhere with this. I feel like I am running in circles trying to get resolution to this matter. It's not like my husband and I were in great financial shape when we started this program. Thankfully, through many tough times, we have paid off the biggest creditor on this program. When we contacted them to make arrangement to pay off this creditor, she told us that they had offered a settlement to RMP, and they had declined their offer (a very generous offer I might add); which leads me to believe they never had any intention of helping my husband and I. Very disappointing situation for everyone.
