Ripoff

My loan was being forclosed on and ocwen wanted 30,000.00 to reinstate the mortgage. I paid this. Now i find out they are gonna add 17,000 in fees on top of a 114k loan, to be paid off.

Today i get a letter that they want to be paid in full by the end of march in the amount of 17k. I am being charges 606.00 a month for late charges. I want out of this loan and i cannot refinance i have now an 11 percent mortgage and it is adjustable. Scary. I don't feel alone, but we need to work together.

I contacted my attorney and everyone should file a complaint in wrinting w / docs to prove case to the dept of banking 17 north second st 13th floor harrisburg, pa 17101 let's all work together so they don't screw us anymore!!!
