Credit Card Division ripoff

I am filing this report for my sister, since she does not have internet. The credit card she had was paid off last November, yet they keep tacking on interest charges for non-existent reasons. The bill is now stated as being up to $164.12 and it is all interest charges on an account that was supposed to be closed last Novemeber.

We can't get a live person on the phone to talk to and there is no way to leave a message! She would like to join in on any class action suit against them for their abusive interest charges just to make money off people who want their accounts closed. This account was paid off, but they won't recognize that fact. The card has been cut up and the bill isn't owed.

I know I will never do business with Captial One or Bank One again, since they both pull these stunts on people. To me credit cards are just legalized loan sharking. The only difference I can see between the two is the credit card companies don't physically come out and break your legs for non-payment. They just kill your credit score, which is another way of hurting you.
