Took my money and won't give it back! Credit Card Ripoff Washington

As many others have, I fell for this company's phone solicitation. I should have known it was to good to be true. After several calls, I finally responded thinking I was receiving a credit card. Stupidly I authorized a bank draft for $99.95.

I received a packet about the time they drafted the money from my account. The next day they drafted another $239.40 for what I don't know. After several attempts to contact them, I finally got through and cancelled the membership.

I sent the packet back with the cancellation number as instructed. That was at the end of November. I have yet to receive anything from them. I just spent an hour on hold, trying to get through. I pride myself on being able to reconize a con, but I fell for this one hook, line, & sinker. Help!!!
