Never heard of the person they were asking about and they all but called me a liar! Ripoff

I got a call from these people and had to wait to minutes to get a person, was told it was very important that i wait or call back. Finally get a person and she asks if I know a Thomas someone. Tell her no, sorry. Then I ask her what this is in regards to. She tell me that he has put down my number as a contact. Again, I tell her sorry, don't know him. THEN it gets ugly. She all but accuses me of lying, tells me it would be better for me if I just told her the truth. OH MY GOSH, was I pissed. I asked her the name of the company that was calling and the phone number. She won't give it to me, instead asks me why it matters if I don't know anyone by that name?! Still accusing me.

I try to explain that if someone it putting my info down to a collection agency that YEAH it does matter to me. But she hangs up on me!

So, I call back (caller id) and wait another 10 minutes (figure I would make them pay for my call again:) for another operator and she does give me the info but not much help in the rudeness department. Tell them that if they call my number again, I will have it recording and will have my attorney contact them.
