Conceco Finance Mortgage Conseco Failed to honor Soldiers and Sailers Relief Act on Mortgage Ripoff

Conseco made a mortgage loan on my home in Manhattan, KS. I was called to active duty by the Army Reserve. The Folks at Conseco refused to honor the SSCRA 6% rate while I was deployed. They charged higher rates, rude service, failed to communicate among one another. They gave me a payment plan with reduced interest and then reported me late to the Credit Bureaus and refused to correct the information. I refinanced wiht another company. They are unprofessional, charge fees not authorized, attempt to charge insurance when insurance is in place. They are a corrupt company. I do not reccomend you do business with them. I am currently in Kuwait and I am happy I found this website. I still have not recieved my 1098 for interest paid last year. Just another thing that is poor about them.
