Ripoff, harassing phone, bad customer service, uncaring, feel like I am part of bait and switch game

I have lived in my home for 9 years. I didn't really have any issues until Ocwen took over my mortgage. My mortgage payment has steadily increase and over the pass two years it has increased for just under $550 a month and now is over $750 with lates charges! I now it is wise to contact creditors when you are having financial difficulties but when I received phone calls from the requesting I call, I would call and always had a difficult time understand the individual who's accent was so heavy I spent more time asking them to repeat themselves and repeating what they said to make sure I understood and we were on the same page. I became so frustrated with the calls, I disconnected my land line phone number to my house!!! I have also recently been having health problems causing me more financial burden with medication and doctors visits, I missed a house payment. I contacted them to let them know my situation and they are making noises about foreclosure. They are asking me to refinance, however, if I do refinance, it's not going to be with them! But my credit has suffered and I know it will be difficult for me to find anyone to refinace with after seeing my history with Ocwen.
