Will not give my kids their money. Both are over 18 now. Ripoff!

Washington Mutual will not give my kids their CD money. Both are over 18 now. The bank lost the original court order. They have gone in with their birth certificates. The teller was about to hand over the money to my oldest daughter and a higher up ran over and said they could not give her the money.

We have done so much writing to them and calling them to get the money. They won't let us talk to the same person twice... It's just too much.
