Ripoff

I hate this company I do not reccommend it to anyone if they don't want to be lied to, ripped off, bear witness to the WORST customer service who don't care who you are and they do everything but stalk you. I pay on time but they still have my name wrong though I sent in numerous name change info and I avoid any reason to answer their calls. There is no reason why they should call me. When i tell them the payment was mailed the day before, they are calling me 2 days later to find out where it is and to update my address (which is still wrong in their system) and they act like they are sitting at the end of the street watching me or something.
