Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing, North Highlands

I am so glad I found this site! I have read your stories and find we are in the same situation.

We fell behind, due to the fact that we both lost our job within months of each other.

We have been working with them, Loss Mitigation, started a forbarence agreement that was to last til Feb..
This has been difficult.

Well, I tried to refinance to get away from them and they have our credit report all messed up and I phoned them. I have been speaking with Marcie constantly since mid DEC. Guess What!

Each week our NEW PAYMENTS will be even higher than before. They can never tell me how my past payments have been applied. And in one week my new payment beginning in March will be over

$500. More than they quoted me last week this is due to other charges? But she can't tell me excatly what or why. And in the meantime our intrest had increased during our agreement (We had no idea) so now we are behind on that.!

And this is just an estimate. They have started foreclosure, but we are not in foreclosure?.

I am so scared that we will lose this house no matter what we do. I would appriciate any help or suggestions from others. I am willing to do just about whatever. But not goin to play thier games anylonger. What do we do?
I hate to keep paying so much $ with the thought of HomeQ stealing our home.

And yes, it does cause problems within the family, it is very stressful and I am referring to more than just financially. I can't believe that HomeQ gets away with it.
