Ripoff too

We had dealings with southern residential also and we sent them $606 and was not helped the way we thought so we made arrangements on our own (better then sr came up with) and when we asked for a refund they gave us the same lame excuss (we had people work on your account and we have to pay them) they did not help us like we were told we would be. We were told one thing before we sent them money, then something different after we sent them money. They are very rude to talk to. We never got our $606 back. We even filled a complaint with bbb, but that did no good. I know how frank feels about southern residential
