Ripoff Deceptive guaranteed Claims to assure payback and so far after one year nothing

Company guarantees a 1% return on investment of $800 or they will keep sending 675 letters until the accomplish this. As of a year later I see no results when I should have rceived $1675 by now. Repeated attempts to contact the company have failed. I have no idea if they are still in the business of ripoffs
