Wilshire Credit
Ripoff is blatantly and viciously ripping me off, charging fees for late payments that are unethical and against the law

This company, Wilshire, is not a part of the Better Business Bureau which in itself describes a company that does not care about customer service and obviously is doing some shaddy and underhanded deception.

I admittedly have been late on a couple of payments and to make arrangements, which I have kept, they continue to charge late fees as if I never paid.

They also will report false information to the credit bureaus, which they have done on my report for the past couple of years, and I am presently having it investigated.

In most cases you are assigned this company via transfer from another, possibly the original mortgage company, which is my case. They are attempting to hold me hostage by reporting lates and incorrect information to the credit bureaus. Get out if possible from this company.
