Servicer errors left mortgage five months behind and facing foreclosure

My home is about to be foreclosed on because of America serving company's incompetence. They have been the last of 1 servicing companys on my mortgage and have failed to even attempt to rectify lost payments from my old servicers. My loan is now showing 5 months behind. I have been forced to make unrealistic payment arrangements. They have never provided my a list of the mysterious fees I am being charged. You would think after 1 year of trying to straighten this problem out I would have at least gotten 1 collection call that my loan was delinquent or in default. I have already filed a complaint against the with the occ. I'm looking into a little class action. Anyone interested?
