Ripoff, misleading, lie, a road to a better start, NOT

I also was mislead by this company. They told me I was recieving a chance to better my credit and nieve me said okay sure, but they told me if I put up the first time offer I would recieve my card in 10-12 business days They took my money alright and never sent my card. I tried calling, but no answer. I want to know what I can do to get my money back I'm a single mother of 2 small children and they should not be allowed to get away with this.
