Countrywide Home Loans Full Spectrum Lending Division ripoff, customer service representative, RAYMOND ZEMBRZYCKI, makes false and misleading and outrageous claims which create financial devastation

I became a victim of RAY ZEMBRZYCKI while he was acting as a representative of COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS'S FULL SPECTRUM LENDING DIVISION. For the purpose of making inquires regarding obtaining funding for a mortgage on a property I have lived in for well over a year, I was routed to RAY ZEMBRZYCKI.

There is an existing mortgage on the property which is in my daughters name only. The goal was to obtain a new mortgage relieving her of the debt and I would take full and sole responsibility with a new mortgage.

Documentation supporting the fact that I have made the payments was presented and accepted by RAY ZEMBRZYCKI for the benefit of the underwriter. I was assured the funding had in fact been approved and a closing was scheduled two weeks following the initiation of the process.

One hour prior to that closing, I received a call from RAY ZEMBRZYCKI advizing that a quit claim deed would have to be executed to show that I have a vested interest in the property. The closing was postponed and the deed was executed.

In the presence of my daughter and her husband, RAY ZEMBRZYCKI made the false claim that everything was set to close. RAY ZEMBRZYCKI advized me NOT to make the payment due on the existing mortgage and he claimed that he had "concocted a scheme" to avoid the delinquency being reported to the CRA. That was proven to be false. RAY ZEMBRZYCKI falsely made the claim that he taken the necessary steps to "suspend" the existing mortgage.

That was yet another false, misleading and outrageous claim made by RAY ZEMBRZYCKI. A NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND ACCELERATION was delivered to my daughter regarding the missed payments on the existing mortgage. I immediately attempted to contact RAY ZEMBRZYCKI. After leaving several messages, I finally made contact with one of the "managers" and learned that the loan had been declined because I was not vested for the minimum required six months.

My claim that I had been advized to stop making payments was challenged by the "manager". Company policy prohibits advizing customers to discontinue making payments. The manager had an attitude change when she learned that this advice was made in the presence of myself, my daughter and her husband. I was told that the only thing I would accomplish by making a formal complaint would be to "Put RAY ZEMBRZYCKI on the hot seat".

I explained that any discomfort RAY ZEMBRZYCKI would experience was of no importance or interest to me. I advized that I will, without hesitation, seek finanical compensation for the damage done by RAY ZEMBRZYCKI. Again, I was told the ONLY thing that would result would be landing RAY ZEMBRZYCKI on the hot seat.

The appraisal was done, title search completed, quit claim deed signed, all documents furnished and continued reassurance by RAY ZEMBRZYCKI gained my trust and confidence. Certainly I was mislead by dishonest, misleading and outrageous conduct engaged in by a representative of COUNTRYWIDE FULL SPECTRUM LENDING.

I would advize avoiding this company at all cost unless you are willing to waste time, money, effort, lose sleep and most of all have your credit damaged by these highly unethical, dishonest and devious tactics.

RAY ZEMBRZYCKI has now been exposed for the inept, dishonest, unethical con man that he is. His performance is representative of what COUNTRYWIDE's shoddy and suspicious dealings really are.
