I received the phone call, that as we all know, was the great credit card with $2000 credit limit and a $1000 cash advance.

Well, after I got off the phone with them and writing down all of my information, I went and talked to my husband about this and something did not seem just right with this. I tried to ask the advisor on the phone questions and all he could say was please just answer yes or no. I am thinking that if this is a good credit company they will take the time to listen to me.

Well, needless to say, I started to look on the internet to find some more information about this company and what I found was these reports about people getting ripped off. Well I was determined that I was not going to let me 200.00 get away.

I called my bank and gave them the information that I had. I now have to go in and close my account and open a new account. This is the only way that I can prevent them from ever taking any money out of my account at anytime.

I remember in one of the recordings that they say they will keep trying to take the money out of the account until they receive the full amount. This means that a stop payment will not do because it is only good for 6 months and the bank said that if they changed the amount even by a penny that it would go through because they go off of the amount you give them.

First, any reputable credit card company does not call on the phone.

Second, they do not make you pay up front.

Third, They usually do not want your banking information.

From now on, always do research for anything that you are looking into or think that you have been had by these people. Never agree to anything on the phone and never give personal information over the phone. Things that are to good to be true usually are and we all end up paying for it. Americans now a days do not have the money to be had by these companys, most of us live from paycheck to paycheck.

200.00 for me will put gas in my car, buy groceries for my family and pay one bill. Now I have to start over with my account. I have to close my old one and open a new one, i have to change all my bills and direct deposits at work. Even though I will have to deal with this, it is far better than losing 200.00 to these scammers. I feel sorry for those who do not get their money back.
