Same name equals harrassment

I was contacted by my ex-wife of (10 yrs divorced) remarried with a different last name that UCB was contacting her and her and her parents, also different last name regarding a debt that i failed to repay. They called me, i assured them it was not my account. After i refused to give my social they then told me the social on the account and i told them i t was not mine. (Distant cousin with same name).

They told me they would remove me, called agin 2 weeks later, they again told me they would remove me, called again today with the usual message ie. Legal fees, lawsuites etc. Etc. Not me... But who clears my name? Up yors Mr Ferguson, Up yours Ms. Hymen and all the rest who hung up on me... Im going to the state atty gen. And FTC. Good luck.
