It is. This company is nuts, i know i dont have any credit at present time and for someone to offer me a unsecured limit of $5,000.00 come on. But only if i send in a proccesing fee of $39.00. I get enough junk mail as is. Now some bozo is telling me to send money i dont have to get more money. I dont think so...
