Misleading and dishonest Ripoff

This company has been impossible to deal with.in total agreement with other postings... Telephone is ALWAYS busy and do not respond to repeated emails even after instructions from THEM to correspond via email. My bills are not being paid and I, too, am getting constant calls from creditors. Anyone interested in pursuing a class action lawsuit to put these people out of business??
