Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

We received a brochure with a 100% money back guarantee on a book. A personal check was issued 0n 1-25-02, however the book has not arrived as of 03-25-02. A phone call to my bank reveals that the check was cashed on 2-27-02. Where is our book? What happened to the 100% money back guarantee?
