Customercare@mail. Spendonlife.com ripoff - I went on line to receive a free credit report and ended up getting involved with Consumer Info. I have been unable to get them to cancel the monthly fee of $9.95

I requested my credit report and ended up getting involved with Consumer Info. When they billed my credit card for $9.95, I called them to cancel it. They said they would refund my money.

When no refund came through only more charges, I e-mailed the company for my refund and cancellation. I got a response from customercare@mail. Spendonlife.com and was told to send my e-mail to cancel@consumerinfo.com.

I have unsuccessfully tried to send e-mails to that address only to get a response of "page cannot be displayed".

I have been unsuccessful to get a canellation or a refund for the last 8 months.
