Charged for services never ordered refund refused ripoff

Never use this company!!! Put charges on my bank card without my ok.

I was checking my statement and saw two charges that I did not make and no one in my family did. So I called they were rude. At first I was very polite and nice, they asked for the Bank card info, and e-mail. Turns out someone used my Bank card info and an old e-mail to purchase a "adult" web site pass thing. They did not check to see if the e-mail was vaild, they did not wait for a reply from that e-mail. Had they done that none of this would have happened.

I told the company that no one was authorized to use the card and the card is with me at all times, I did some investigating on my own and at the time and the date these charges were made there was no one on my computer, heck I was at the doctors and both my kids were in school. Unless I have really smart cats it was fraud.

This company refuses to refund my money, I have disputed the charges with my bank (Fraud is being looked at).

If you ever have the need to used this company (they do other sales too) think again.
