They said we can get a refund if we're not satisfied with the membership. I sent the letter saying my membership cancellation in day-range manner and attach the card with it.
But after a while they sent me a letter saying they're sorry about our dissatisfaction and asked me to call them regarding my cancellation decision and refund.
All the process took forever, just to get them said that they can't process the refund without receiving their catalog back from me.
Think about it, when you don't like the program, are you going to keep all their brochure/catalogs???
NO!!! You're going to throw it away, you don't need more junks besides all the junk mails you received in mailbox.
They knew it!
And they use it to rip people off.
Giving us hard way to get OUR money back!!!
The customer representative is no good too.
She talked like she's talking with her boy-friend, mumbling
Very rude, not professional, not helping.
This company need to be CLOSED for consumers safety.
