Ripoff, sent me the card and I sent it back to get a refund and never heard back from them

They said that i was pre approved for a 15,000 dollar credit limit and it said if I wasn't satisfied I could get a refund. They sent me the card but you had to pay half on all your purchases so I sent the card back and never heard from them.
