Ripoff dishonest ripoffs ripped off and scammed

I was told i was getting a VISA Platinum card for 5,000.00, i sent a 39.00 fee then i got a phone call from the company asking me for my bank account info, i told the lady if you want the info you will have to mail me something through the mail, she tried to convince me of this package and i told her i didnt want the package so she hung up on me, i called the company and the woman said she dont know where i got the info that it was a visa card but shes sorry for that info i got, i told her i want my money back she said sorry we already sent your card out, but you can order all kinds of electronics from our magazine! Well i have my motor to my truck in the shop and i was depending on the 5,000.00 dollar visa card to get my motor back, no im probablly gonna loose my motor and have a truck in my driveway with no motor thank for screwing me and my family! Whats your problem???
