Ripoff, unethical, scam ripoff abused & mistreated ripoff business from hell

I purchased a bedroom set from Bedroom Superstores in approx. August. Upon delivery in approx. October of interest free payment began.

I set them up on my banker on-line service. Since that short time, they have stated twice (2 times) that they haven't received my payments. I sent them via my banker on line service!

In one instance HRS stated they didn't receive my payment until approx. 14 days after I sent via online banking.in the other instance it was approx. 16 days.

This is absolutely impossible. I am outraged that they are caring on this scam. My guess is for fee income, since the loan is interest free. My bank has refunded the late fees. HRS refuses to.
