Smell a FISH, ACT NOW to stop the ripp off from Capital Choice Consumer Credit

I was one of those people that paid $39 and got a Catalog instead of a Credit Card. Capital One has many phone numbers physical addresses and Alliance Companies. Most phone numbers are no longer in service or has a busy tone. If the number happes to work, it seems they only ever open for business for 10 minutes a day. OPENS AT PST and CLOSE AT EST! I wrote a check for $39 to Capital Choice Consumer Credit.

They Void my check and electronicly debt $39 from my account (That's the way they do business, it's in the fine prints). I didn't realize this was done before I Stopped payment to the check. I was 4 days late. So I am closing my bank account to avoid continue debt from my account, I am sure they would find loopholes to keep debt from my account.

It is a hassle that would give you a piece of mind. I also ask the bank to confirm that the electronic debt was from Capital Choice Consumer Credit, but all the bank has was CCCC. So I am contesting that I did not authorize a company named "CCCC" to debt $39 from my account. I await for the out come of this contest.

I managed to cancel my Capital Choice Consumer Credit "membership", I asked for a refund and they said I have to send the package back in good order then I will be refunded.
To avoid them making the excuse of "Never got the mail". I am sending it certified and a letter demanding my original check (which they voided) alone with the refund of $39 to be send to me. But somehow I don't expect that I would hear from them!

They signed me up with H. Auto Club and Maga Money Savers for one month of free trial. I must cancel before the one month is up or else they would start charging me. So I had to wait 15 days for the Package to arrive before I could cancel anything. H. Auto Club was easy to cancel but Maga Money Savers has a phone number that is constantly busy. It is hopeless trying to call them. Also search for this company at www.bbb.org.

I am reporting them to Dateline. Hopefully they will show people what Capital Choice is doing.
