Is a lending and mortgage company that promised us money but did not contact us in any means, we had to call them time after time to get answers with no avail, ripoff

My wife was applying for a loan and Delmar Financial called her and said that she qualified for a $5,000 loan. But since my wife had a poor credit history, she would have to make a $1,200 deposit. So, we made the deposit and we called them and they told her that she needed to make an insurance deposit as well for the amount of $575. We paid that too.

But know they want another deposit of $750 more. We now owe so much and can't pay any more, so we called them and told them that we can't afford to make the $750 payment and that we would rather get our refund. They told us that it would take 30 days to refund the money.

We are now in big trouble financially. My wife has spoken with their C.E.O. And he was not only rude but did not want to help us or listen.
