Pioneer Credit Recovery
Falsly represented themselves to have U.S. Government dishonarably discharge me from military if I was not to pay my debt

On May 9th Pioneer Credit Recovery made first contact with me informing me that I had an unpaid debt they were trying to collect. Immediately they informed me that if I was not to pay the debt their "biggest client, the U.S. Government" would have me dishonorably discharged from the military.

Upon the realization of this illegal practice I decided not to make the May 31st deadline. I recieved a call from a Renee Morris who not only confirmed the first individual who called me (who was no longer with Pioneer Credit) but then belittled my military service in Iraq. Thus ending our conversation.

Finally when I reported them to the better busineess bureau they denied my claims across the board.in doing so they also confirmed they called me on the same day they recieved my account, a violation to the FCC. I have not since heard from them.
