They stole $130 from my checking account! They were authorized to take out $130, but they did it twice and charged me an extra $14.95 because they did! Luckily, since I knew they had ripped people off before, I had a friend listen in on the other phone that can verify they were only authorized to take $130. I also have a letter from Household Bank itself stating the same thing!
