Ripoff! Wrongful Forclosure! Sneeky! Dallas Texas

We have had nothing but major headaches with this company! Our note was sold the second week we owned the house. Last month my husband called Homecomings to ask to change our due date, they agreed. We sent our payment via Western Union, they rejected the payment. The very day they rejected the payment, we recieved a letter from homecomings that our house was in foreclosure!!! My husband calls them, talks to a man by the name of Jeremy. Says no we are not in foreclosure, that he would take care of that. And for us to resend the payment. So that we do.

Jeremy says he would have a person by the name of Brian Conelli (??) contact us to redo the agreement.in the meantime, we deceided to get rid of this house. We contacted an investor, he looked at our home, and wanted to buy. The investor has been trying to contact HOmecomings since last week, for info he needed. He has been unable to contact anyone in this matter. He also has had his office girl contact them as well.

They dont return phone calls. Finally today, the office girl reaches them, and asked for her to fax homecomings permission forms from us to release the payoff info, etc. She attempted to fax 5 different times-homecomings each time said they never recieved the forms. Finally, she reached someone at homecomings who confirmed the fax was recieved.

Our investor called us today, to ask us if we had any idea that they were auctioning our home TODAY! We said, uh, nnnoooooo! My husband and I tried all day to reach someone at homecomings, but when we input our acct number, we are directed straight to a voicemail. OUr investor tried to contact them as well... Nonstop all day. We must of left 20 messages between all of us... Still no return call. My husband looked up the foreclosure list tonite, and lord and behold. There is our house!!! We looked up the Texas forclosure law... And they did not follow thru. We never recieved a certified letter 3 mths prior... And why didnt they return our investors calls when he said he wanted to buy it? We are calling an attorney tomorrow to sue them. This is wrong. Does anyone out there have any ideas? Or possibly the main number for there headquarters???
