We have been with MMG/RMP for 2 years.in that time 1 account was settled. There were MANY opportunities to settle more - but they chose not to for whatever reason. They were definitely GREAT offers.

After trying to contact the company numerous times to no avail. I started research on them. Seems they have been taking advantage of many others.

Since then we have decided to opt out of ther "service." I have filed the necessary paperwork. They say 4-6 weeks... Well I see that is a sham as well. I am trying to stay on top of this to be sure we receive our over $5000.00 back.

I see that Ms. Hyla Stanton says to contact her directly and she will assure the money to be returned. May I get that number... Do you answer your phone? Do you return messages, because your company surely does not.

I have kept a log of call, emails etc. It is quite interesting. Yet they responded to the OH Attorney General quickly. Pointing out that the contract was for 30 months - I responded your job was to settle accounts. Not a fun thing to have to take time out of EVERY day to call/email this company to stay on them but I will do what I have to!!
