Ripoff/scam don't fall for "speed-pay" they will suck you dry

Sadly, I have been dealing with these jerks for eight long hard miserable years and that is about to change. I am refinancing. They conned me into the "speed-pay" thing a few months ago and have left me with no less than almost $800.00 in NSF and OD charges. I am one month behind. I am disabled from a stroke 9 years ago, in my early forties, unemployed & homebound. I live on my disability and alimony.

My income since 1996 has gone DOWN a minimum of 2,500.00 a month. Nothing is good enough for these people. I spoke with my account rep on Fri. 9/30/05 and told her I had not received my alimony check yet. She said "we have a problem" and transferred me to her "manager" who told me I should not depend on my alimony to make my mortgage payment.

What is money going to magically appear at my door? Good luck with that. I am starting the month so far in the hole I cannot buy food. There is no point in trying to argue with these people. They don't care or listen.
I am interested/willing to be involved in a class action suit if anyone is pursuing this. Also, file a complaint with the ftc.
