Ripoff and fraudulently billed my bank account

Oxford Financial called me offering a credit card. They had my information and everything so i confirmed it. Also giving them my bank account number and they charged my account $249 and account has been overdrawn since then. As a result my account been charged overdrawn fees for like 2 months now.
