False advertisement to get you to buy their over priced produtcs

I got a letter from Capital Choice Consumer Credit stating that I've been aproved for a credit card and all I had too do is send $39.00 to activate my card.
I send the money and received a package with a card (not a credit card) and a catalogue with OVERPRICED products.
It seems that the credict card only works with what they sell and can only be used for that purpose.
