J Robert Dobbins, Dobbins Offshore, Rhomi Partners are the majority shareholder of Human Side International Inc.in Houston, Texas of which I was the Chief Executive for 4 years. The last paycheck issued by Alliance Payroll in Houston was on May 19. Mr. Dobbins requested that I continue work for the company during 2003 and 2004 yet never paid me. He also insisted that I use my family savings to advance expenses on behalf of the company. The company opened an office in Latin America which I financed from my personal bank account.
The company owes me $ 622,000 for outstanding wages, expenses which I have advanced on behalf of the company and disability monies.
