The car sustained some major damage, about $1200 due to the tow company's negligence. They are not being held responsible for any damages. We were charged more than double the original loan to get the car back, then had to pay for all the damages out of pocket because the insurance does not cover a repossession. Avoid this place at all cost.

They will offer you great terms, but after you sign the contracts they inform you that the payments are expected weekly, beginning at the end of the week in which you get the loan. It does not matter if you call the management and get clearance to begin repayment at another date, they will agree then come and tow the car anyway.
