RIPOFF Not reliable, customer friendly or always honest

I went to this Title company after another had done title search and was to busy to do closing when i neede it. I was told if i paid 75.00 extra dollars i could get a after hours closing which would have made the recision period faster so I could get my money on the 16th of August.

After finding out that the paper work had not been sent it until the day i was suppose to pick up my money, I was upset.

After everyone blaming each other for the mix up I received my money (cash out from loan) on the 26th which I don't believe legally they can hold your money after recision period.

They told me there had been changes made and I would have to sign papers before they gave me my check.
They were to pay off house taxes with money that I borrowed and when i called to see if they did i was told by a lady named Terri that i didn't need to call and question them.

Excuse me but isn't this my money and my bills?
When I asked several times to talk to Dave the manager he was on vacation and when I called after he returned they said he didn't come in until 2P.M. Funny they only stay open until 5P.M. You do not have to use any certain Title Company. Spend Time and Investige. They are the ones that you have to deal with because they write the checks to pay off your bills and house. This company was rude, unproffesional and took on to many cases to give the right attention to any one case
