Ripoff, misleading statements

The Golden Harvest Co. Debited my credit card on 8/20/05 for the amount of $99 for a loan search fee. This company guaranteed loans for bad credit. Amounts accepted up to $30,000 and results within 48 hours.

The following is what they advertise:

As of this date (9/3/05) I have received no response from them.

I have tried to contact them but to no avail.

I would like to see this company put out of business and have to refund all monies that they have extorted for services that were non existent.
