Ripoff

I got behind on my bills due to a death in my family and unemployment. I have worked out payment arrangements with my other debtors except for Providian National. They are not willing to lower their interest rate although I am trying to do the right thing. I think everyone should BOYCOTT them and then see where they get! Maybe I just won't pay them at all!
