Ripoff

On June 9th we were contacted by a company representing themselves as a credit repair company and can gurantee us a 1500 dollar card to help reastablish our credit. They said if we paid a one time fee of $319 that within 30 days we would have a card. We allowed them to debit the full amount of $319 on june 24th. We waited 30 days and nothing came. I called back and they said it wasn't a card coming, it was a application to fill out and that they would re-send it. Needless to say I was upset at that. Well, the app came and I filled it out, still being hopeful, sent it back and waited 10 days as the form said.

Ten days later I called back and they again said they did not receive it that they would have to re-mail the app. I lost my mind and told them I wanted a full refund. They said it was to late and that I have to finish the process. I asked to talk to someone in charge and they hung up on me. I called back more calm this time and ask to speak to the original rep that I had dealt with. They said she no longer worked there and that they would process the app double time. It is now August 23rd and we have yet to receive anything but excuses from this company. Hopefully this letter will help other people not get bit by this shady company. I am in the process of tring to get my money back through the bank and I have a Lawyer. Good Luck.
